Born and raised in Texas from two parents who had a love for cooking, she cultivated her passion for creating in the kitchen at an early age. As Ruthie honed in on her culinary craft, she realized how cooking and sharing a meal could express the love and appreciation we have for one another. The importance of how it built a sense of community around our tables gave her the dream to bring that experience to others through catering.
Whether you're going to say "I do" or looking for a customized menu for your event, her mission is to offer you a memorable, tasteful, and stress-free experience, no matter the project and no matter the budget.

Fresh, local ingredients and colorful food can create a beautifully extraordinary dish. Ruthie takes an artistic approach to her food, infusing creativity into each bite. Then, using your event theme, vision, and cultural recipe fusions, she tells a story through flavor profiles for a harmonious culinary experience for you and your guests.
